services at a development we are
able to offer the added advantage of
accessing our range of general
maintenance services.
From our experience the provision of a quick
and reliable handy person service is a
real benefit to our customers.
We have experience of dealing with a
wide range of problems that inevitably
arise in properties that have shared
use.
Where possible, additional work
is completed during our normal
scheduled site visits. This helps to
keep prices low as it avoids the need
for costly call out charges. This
aspect of our work involves dealing
with all types of traditional caretaking
duties. Work is very varied and
extensive.
General Maintenance includes:
- General Repairs
- Changing of internal and external light bulbs
- The disposal of large items and rubbish
- Decorating
- Carpet Cleaning
- Alarm testing
When we are on site we may identify
a need for additional work or a
resident or business client may raise a
matter to our attention.
When this occurs we notify the relevant
managing agent and provide an
estimate for work. No work is ever
undertaken without prior agreement.
Alternatively if a managing or letting
agent requires additional work to be
completed they can telephone or e-mail details to us.
We pride ourselves on dealing with problems quickly and
this helps to deliver customer
