At WR we recognise that: WR Van

  • One contractor providing all required services results in greater accountability. When we have a contract for services it is our job to ensure that we keep sites well maintained. Rolling programmes of general maintenance avoid the need for crisis management. This helps to reassure our clients that their property and site is being cared for properly.

  • People feel happier when they know who is on site. All WR staff wear a bright blue WR uniform so that they are instantly recognisable. Residents and other business clients often get to know us by name and we are seen as an extra point of contact for them to highlight issues about their apartment complex or business development.

  • Customer satisfaction is essential. We are not complacent about our work and always strive to improve our practice. We welcome and encourage feedback from our clients. Where possible we attend annual general meetings so that we are available to discuss the changing needs of individual sites. Consistently delivering customer satisfaction helps us to build and maintain a good reputation.

  • Costs are a big consideration for everyone. Having one contractor who can provide a whole range of services has financial benefits. As we are often on site we can deal with issues as they arise. This avoids the need to pay unnecessary call out charges of other contractors.
